Travel Surcharge

We made our travel surcharge as easy as possible to calculate by using a distance-based fee, with the first 15 miles being FREE. For event locations greater than 15 miles from our Headquarters, the following surcharge pricing applies:

Staffed VR and Tactical Laser Tag experiences are $2 per mile.
Nerf and water gun rental drop-offs are $1 per mile.

Simply enter the location of your planned event into the calculator below, and the distance to enter when placing your order will be displayed. It will even show you the estimated surcharge based on the type of experience you are planning.

Please note that for any event over 100 miles and/or 1.5 hours away, rates may change and other fees may apply. In those cases, please contact us for pricing.
