About the Role
Our Event Hosts are at the center of the action during high-attendance events. As an Event Host, you are enthusiastic and relentless in creating the most memorable experiences for our Guests while having a little fun yourself (Yes, staff play, too!).
What will you be doing?
Welcoming and engaging with all new and returning Guests
Assisting in outfitting and removal of game equipment from Guests
Assisting Guests with equipment and gameplay questions
Monitoring laser tag arena to ensure it is clean, safe, and correctly set up
Monitoring laser tag players to ensure gameplay is fair and safe
Cleaning equipment after each use
Requirements
16 + Years of Age
Minimum of one four-hour shift
Guest-focused mindset (We love our Guests!)
Teamwork is a must
Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills
Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
Pay and/or Compensation
In exchange for an initial four-hour shift, your Exhibitor Badge ($65+ value) will allow full access to hours of events, Q&As, Photo Ops, Costume Contests, Fan Panels, Workshops, Gaming tournaments, and the exhibitor hall at the largest gaming and anime convention in Arizona!
Additional shifts will be paid at a $13.85 hourly wage by direct deposit within one week after the event's completion.
